Join AugforM as a Founding Engineering Fellow and help build the core infrastructure of a next-generation in-content monetization engine. You will work with Rust and WebAssembly (WASM) to develop high-performance media rendering components and support AI-driven contextual integration. This is an early-stage deep-tech opportunity to gain hands-on experience in systems programming, real-time optimization, and scalable architecture. This is not a traditional sales role — it is a founding leadership position focused on fundraising, publisher partnerships, and strategic positioning. You will shape pricing, secure early flagship clients, and translate deep technical infrastructure into market traction. Ideal candidates bring ad-tech, programmatic, or publishing experience and operate comfortably in early-stage environments.
